On 10th September 2023 Stephen Rayfield was memorialized into the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Memorial Wall at the CFFF Memorial, LeBreton Flats, Ottawa during their 20th Annual Ceremony.  It was a beautiful and respectful event to honor the Fallen Firefighters across Canada.
